Hello Alaska!
I want to reach out about the new Municipality of Anchorage residential codes which go into effect in January and may affect your business. I also want to let you know that I am offering a discount for new projects received in the first month of 2021.
The MOA adopted new residential codes with local amendments on October 27, 2020, effective starting January 1, 2021. It is important to note that changes include new residential energy requirements as well as revised fire and life safety requirements.
In recognition of the new code cycle and to share the holiday spirit, 907 Plan Review would like to extend a 20% discount for all new projects received in January. Plan review costs are below and will be valid through the end of 2021.
907 Plan Review has provided Architectural Plan Review in accordance with the MOA requirements for Exempt/third party plan reviews since 2018, and I personally bring more than 10 years of residential plan review experience to every project. Prior to launching 907 Plan Review, I worked in private industry construction and also in local government, providing quality control services and plan review for commercial and residential structures. I have the expertise and experience to provide superior reviews with a minimal turn-around to keep your project on schedule.

The Full Story
At 907 Plan Review we work efficiently and effectively to provide you with quality architectural plan review and construction consultation services. Rodney Wehr is a certified ICC Commercial Plans Examiner, allowing him to provide third-party architectural review for all of your residential projects.
Prior to establishing 907 Plan Review, Rodney worked 5+ years at the Municipality of Anchorage as a Plan Review Engineer where he reviewed all structural and architectural requirements for new buildings and additions. Rodney also served in the local Alaska Central Chapter of the ICC, giving him even greater familiarity with local codes and procedures.
Earlier in his career, Rodney provided quality control for US Army Corps of Engineer construction projects, was a plan reviewer for the city of Fairbanks, and served as Project Engineer for several private construction firms. Rodney has enjoyed his extensive experience in residential and commercial construction that has allowed him to work all over the great state of Alaska.
